Suicide & Risk Prevention
OVERVIEW
Suicide prevention is a serious issue that affects everyone, but it's also an issue that can be prevented.
Creative Counseling Solutions can help you assess your current suicide and risk prevention programs and develop a strategic plan for mental health resiliency programs. We work with companies of all sizes to create solutions that meet the needs of your employees and provide them with the resources they need to stay healthy.
We understand how difficult it can be to get your employees to engage in these programs and follow through on the recommendations they make. That's why we focus on helping you achieve results while making things as easy as possible for you. We'll give you an honest assessment of your current state and let you know what changes need to be made, then walk with you through the process of implementing those changes so that everyone stays engaged.

If you've ever been through a traumatic event—whether it's a car accident, a violent crime, or the death of a loved one—you know how it can affect your life. You may feel like you're constantly on edge and always expecting the worst to happen. You may find yourself avoiding situations that remind you of the trauma. And if you're not careful, this can take over every aspect of your life.
But there is hope! In this workshop, we'll teach your employees strategies for overcoming trauma so that they can get back to living the life they want to live. We'll show them how to lean on your loved ones, face their feelings head-on, and prioritize self-care.
We will go over simple steps like eating nutritious meals and snacks, getting regular physical activity, practicing good sleep habbits, and most importantly, being patient with themselves as they work through this difficult time.
