At Creative Counseling Solutions, we know that it's not enough to simply offer employees counseling services—you need to provide them with the tools they need to be healthy and happy in their lives outside of work. That's why we offer workshops, seminars, and training programs that can help you develop a strategic plan for mental health in your workplace.
Our workshops are designed to give your employees the tools they need to navigate their workday with confidence and positivity. They'll learn how to handle stress and conflict with ease, how to communicate more effectively with each other, and how to take care of themselves so that they're ready for anything life throws at them. Our seminars are also designed specifically for employees who want more information about their company's own mental health strategies—whether it's through our own services or through other options available within their company. And our training programs are all about giving employees the opportunity to learn new skills that will make them feel confident in their ability to manage stress and conflict with ease, communicate more effectively with each other, and take care of themselves so that they're ready for anything life throws at them.

ResiliencyList Item 1
Resiliency is the ability to adapt to change and bounce back from setbacks. We want to help your employees develop this skill so they can continue to be productive in the face of change or a setback.
We offer several different mental health programs that will help employees recognize mental health caused by both the workplace and in their personal lives. We will also provide them with tools for self-regulation, active listening, and empathy for their team members so they can learn to practice a positive mindset.

Mindfulness & self-care workshops are a great way to help employees feel more connected to the present moment, and learn how to attend to their basic physiological and emotional needs.
These workshops can be incorporated into a corporate mental health program, or provided as standalone events.
We offer several different mindfulness and self-care workshops that can be customized to meet your needs.

Mental health & mergers
Mergers and acquisitions can be a stressful time for employees, as they are often faced with the prospect of losing their jobs or having their responsibilities change. This can lead to anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
Our mental health and merger training programs help employees recognize mental health issues caused by the operational changes and personnel changes that come with mergers. They also help employees learn how to self-regulate, practice active listening, and empathize with their team members.

Growth mindset
A growth mindset is the belief that we can change our abilities and improve with effort. A fixed mindset is the belief that our abilities are set in stone. When your employees' have a growth mindset, they will be able to learn new things more easily and be more motivated to reach their goals.
In this workshop, employees' will learn how to use a growth mindset in everyday situations and gain a better understanding of what it means to have a fixed mindset. You'll also learn how to apply these concepts to your work environment and how they can help you become more successful at work.

Parenting in a digital era
The digital era has changed the way we live, work, and parent. For example, when you were a kid, you might have drawn pictures on paper with crayons and pencils. Nowadays, kids are more likely to be making art on their tablets or laptops.
As a result of this shift in technology, it's important for parents to learn how to set boundaries around their children's use of technology at home.
These skills can be learned by participating in our "Parenting in a Digital Era" program! It will give employees the opportunity to develop new parenting skills that will benefit their children as well as themselves at work—helping them perform better at work!

Social media etiquette and safety
Social media can be a wonderful tool for staying connected with friends, co-workers, and family. But it can also be a minefield for workplace etiquette. We will teach your employees the ins and outs of social media etiquette in the workplace, at home, and on their phone.
Employees will learn how to avoid violating corporate codes of conduct by knowing what's appropriate, who you can tag, and what kind of information is too personal for public consumption.
Everyone will learn how to take care of themselves online so that the digital world doesn't become a distraction.

Supporting loved ones through chronic illness and cancer
When an employee is supporting someone through cancer or another chronic disease, it's important to help them develop skills so that they don't burn out or become overwhelmed by the situation.
In our supporting loved ones through chronic illness and cancer workshop, we look at some ways that employees can support loved ones in their struggle with cancer or a chronic illness. We'll also talk about how to take care of yourself during this time so that no matter what happens, you're able to stay strong for your loved ones and give them the best possible support.

Grief, loss, and mourning are all very real parts of life. The way we deal with these experiences can have a huge impact on our mental health, but most people don't know how to handle them well.
This workshop will help you learn the skills you need to manage grief, understand the many ways grief is experienced, and support others who are grieving.

Fostering healthy creativity
Creativity is a highly sought after skill, but it's not something that can be taught in one workshop or two. Creativity is something that can only be fostered in an environment of trust, freedom, and focus. That's why we created our Fostering Healthy Creativity workshop for corporate mental health programs.
In this workshop, we'll help employees understand what it means to foster creativity within your company and how to create this nurturing environment for your team. You'll learn the skills necessary to support creativity, as well as how collaboration and creativity work together to create the best work environments possible.

We've designed a this program to help employees learn how to deal with life changes and also gain the confidence they need to get through difficult transitions at work.
