Strategic planning with HRList Item 1
The purpose of this session is to identify the needs of the organization and its employees, and then match workshops, seminars, and training to the needs of the company and its employees.
We will discuss what is currently being done in terms of corporate mental health programs. We will also talk about any trends that are emerging in this area as well as any gaps that might exist in our current offerings.
We will discuss how best to match workshops and seminars with these needs. We want to make sure that employees are getting what they want out of their training so that they take it seriously when they go back to work and apply their new skills or knowledge.
-
Upper management training (mental health down)List Item 3
Recognize signs of mental health issues in yourself and others, how to manage those issues by setting boundaries, practicing active listening and empathizing with your team members. Managers/leaders will also learn how to identify when the company needs a change in policy or procedure in order to help employees feel supported and comfortable speaking up about their mental health.
The goal of this training is not only to teach how to better care for yourself and others, but also how to create an environment where all employees feel safe talking about their experiences, so they can be their best selves at work.

Mental health & mergers
Mergers and acquisitions can be a stressful time for employees, as they are often faced with the prospect of losing their jobs or having their responsibilities change. This can lead to anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
Our upper management training programs help managers recognize mental health caused by the operational changes and personnel changes that come with mergers. They also help managers learn how to self-regulate, practice active listening, and empathize with their team members.
In addition to workshops and seminars that are tailored for specific companies' needs, our corporate mental health programs offer an array of training options so that managers can find one that works best for them.
